开放存取资源使用提示

开放存取（OpenAccess）简称OA，是依托网络技术消除学术交流过程中的经济、技术、法律障碍，实现真正的信息资源自由共享而创造的全新的学术出版模式。开放存取允许任何用户不受时空的限制通过互联网搜索引擎读取、下载、拷贝、分发、打印、检索以及获取在线全文信息。简言之，开放存取就是发表付费、阅读免费，用户在互联网上使用该资源无需费用、无需权限。它对使用者唯一的限制是使用者应保证作者作品的完整性，引用时需注明出处。（复制链接在浏览器地址栏打开访问）
